Shark Beauty launches FlexStyle IonCurl hair styling tool

Shark Beauty has launched the FlexStyle IonCurl, a new multi-functional hair styling and drying tool designed to create defined curls while minimizing heat damage. The device utilizes Coanda airflow technology to automatically wrap and set hair, alongside Ion Smooth technology which uses 200 million negative ions to reduce frizz and static.

Key technical features include a Scalp Shield mode to regulate temperature near the scalp and an Airset button for pausing airflow or applying a cold shot to seal the hair cuticle. The product is positioned as a high-performance alternative to premium competitors like Dyson, offering salon-quality results at home.

Celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton has highlighted the importance of avoiding excessive heat to prevent damage, endorsing the tool's ability to provide bounce and shine without the typical risks of traditional heat styling. The new model is available in various colorways, including lilac, pink, and purple.
