Air fryer technology evolves with new glass and dual-zone models

The air fryer market continues to evolve with new product releases and diverse cooking applications. SharkNinja has introduced the Ninja CRISPi DualZone, featuring transparent glass CleanCrisp bowls that allow users to monitor cooking in real-time. This model offers a total capacity of 7.6 liters across two 3.8-liter compartments and is designed to be PFAS and PTFE-free.

Other manufacturers are also expanding their offerings. Philco has released a 12-liter model that functions as both an air fryer and a compact electric oven, featuring a digital touch panel and internal lighting. Ninja has also introduced the Double Stack XL, a vertical two-tier system providing 9.5 liters of capacity while maintaining a small footprint for compact kitchens.

Consumer guides highlight a wide range of options from brands like Cosori, Moulinex, and Philips, catering to different household sizes. Models range from compact 3-liter units for individuals to large 10.4-liter capacities for big families. Beyond simple frying, modern air fryers are increasingly used for roasting, grilling, dehydrating, and steaming, offering a faster and often healthier alternative to traditional ovens by using significantly less oil.
