Sharon AI enters strategic agreement with Rafay Systems

Sharon AI Holdings Inc., an Australian Neocloud provider, has entered into a five-year strategic agreement with Rafay Systems to support its AI infrastructure orchestration. The partnership will implement the Rafay platform as a centralized orchestration and operations layer across Sharon AI’s AI Factory environments. This move aims to standardize how the company’s accelerated computing infrastructure is provisioned, governed, and monitored as it expands its footprint across the Asia-Pacific region and globally.

CEO James Manning stated that the agreement provides a standardized platform to manage compute capacity more efficiently and accelerate service delivery. Additionally, Sharon AI management is scheduled to participate in several upcoming investor conferences throughout September, including events hosted by Goldman Sachs, Citi, CLSA, and RBC Capital Markets.
