Sharon Horgan discusses new HBO series Youth

Writer and actor Sharon Horgan discusses her new HBO series, Youth, which examines the complexities of finding love in one's fifties. Horgan portrays Alex, a divorced literary agent navigating life as part of the ‘sandwich generation’ while her son prepares for college.

Horgan revealed that the production process was intensive, as she continued to adapt and write the scripts throughout the filming period. This required managing script changes while simultaneously participating in on-set performances and beginning the editing process shortly after shooting commenced.
