Sharon Osbourne reduces rent for $17M Los Angeles mansion

Sharon Osbourne has reduced the monthly rental price of her historic Hancock Park estate in Los Angeles. Originally listed for $65,000 per month in June, the rent was lowered to $55,000 on July 31.

The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom residence, which Osbourne shared with her late husband Ozzy Osbourne, is also being offered for sale at $17 million. The property spans approximately 11,565 square feet on more than half an acre and was designed by architect A. K. Kellogg in 1929.

Prospective tenants are required to provide a $195,000 security deposit, and only pre-qualified clients are permitted to tour the home. The Osbournes purchased the gated estate for $11.85 million in 2015.
