Sharon Osbourne seeks removal of executor from Ozzy Osbourne's estate

Sharon Osbourne has filed a claim in the High Court to remove Colin Newman, the long-term accountant of her late husband Ozzy Osbourne, as an executor of his estate. The legal action seeks to replace Newman in the administration of the musician's fortune, which is estimated to be worth between £100 million and $135 million.

Newman had managed the finances for both Ozzy and Sharon since before their marriage in 1982 and held a prominent position within the British music industry. He previously served as a director for Monowise Ltd, one of Ozzy’s primary UK companies, before resigning in April.

Sharon Osbourne, 73, currently manages the estate alongside two other executors: her niece Georgina Maszlin and assistant Melinda Varga. The legal proceedings utilize UK legislation that allows for the removal or replacement of estate representatives.
