Shavon Revel Jr. expresses confidence after Cowboys-Rams joint practice

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Shavon Revel Jr. expressed high confidence following a joint practice session between the Cowboys and the Los Angeles Rams. Revel noted that defending the Rams' wide receivers felt ‘easy’ because of the high level of competition he faces daily during training camp.

Revel attributed his readiness to practicing against elite receivers such as CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. During the joint practice, Revel recorded several notable plays, including breaking up passes intended for Rams receiver Puka Nacua.

Revel is currently involved in a training camp competition for the CB2 starting position. After a rookie season impacted by an ACL injury, he is entering the 2026 campaign following a full offseason of recovery.
