NHRA U.S. Nationals Mission #2Fast2Tasty Challenge Funny Car drag racing Austin Prock

Austin Prock secured the 2026 Mission #2Fast2Tasty Challenge title at the Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals held at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Driving a Ford Racing Mustang, Prock defeated J.R. Todd in the final round of the specialty race with a 3.921-second pass at 317.87 mph. The victory earns Prock 16 bonus points for the Countdown to the Championship playoffs.

Other winners in the Mission #2Fast2Tasty Challenge include Leah Pruett in Top Fuel, Cody Anderson in Pro Stock, and Gaige Herrera in Pro Stock Motorcycle. Herrera also secured the season’s Challenge championship for the motorcycle category.

In qualifying, Shawn Langdon, Ron Capps, Matt Hartford, and Herrera earned provisional No. 1 positions. The event continues with championship implications and specialty matchups, including the PlayNHRA Funny Car All-Star Callout.
