During the confrontation, Michaels questioned the timing of Owens' visit, noting that Punk was scheduled to be at the building for an NXT championship match against Grayson Waller. Michaels stated that the two rivals could not be in the same building due to their ongoing feud, suggesting that Owens return on a different day for his medical needs.
