Shay Barbibay joins Reggio BIC

Israeli basketball player Shay Barbibay has arrived in Reggio Calabria to begin his tenure with Reggio BIC. Having previously observed the team during European competitions while playing for Gran Canaria, Barbibay expressed enthusiasm about returning to Italy and joining a squad he views as a family.

Barbibay noted that the team is currently in a construction phase, integrating several new players and young talents. He highlighted a strong sense of confidence in head coach Antonio Cugliandro and stated that the team's primary objectives are to win matches and progress toward the Final Four.
