SHB launches automatic bill payment cashback program

Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) has launched the ‘AutoBill liền tay – Hoàn tiền cực cháy’ program on its SHB SAHA application. The initiative features a total incentive budget of 2.6 billion VND and is available for individual customers who register for new automatic bill payment services for electricity, water, telephone, internet, and television/cable.

The program offers tiered cashback rewards of up to 200,000 VND per customer over three months. In the first month, customers receive 20% cashback on their highest qualifying bill, capped at 50,000 VND. In the second month, maintaining automatic payments for two consecutive months and registering for at least two service types can earn an additional 50,000 VND. In the third month, customers who maintain these services for three consecutive months and use at least two service types can receive 50% cashback on their highest bill, capped at 100,000 VND.

This program is part of SHB’s comprehensive digital transformation strategy, which focuses on modernizing information technology through its ‘5 FIRST’ orientation: Data & AI First, People First, Cloud First, Security First, and Mobile First.
