Sheamus status remains uncertain regarding AEW debut
Professional wrestler Sheamus, born Stephen Farrelly, remains a free agent following the expiration of his WWE contract on October 1. Reports indicate that while there is no imminent deal with All Elite Wrestling (AEW), several prominent figures within the company, including Adam Copeland and Claudio Castagnoli, have expressed interest in his arrival.
Farrelly reportedly became a free agent after rejecting a restructured contract extension from WWE. While he has held discussions with other organizations, including TNA, he has declined their offers. There is currently no confirmation regarding whether he has entered direct negotiations with AEW management.
Farrelly is scheduled to appear at The Big Event NY fan convention on November 14, which coincides with the date of AEW's Full Gear pay-per-view event in Phoenix, Arizona.
