Sheboygan student enters UWGB nursing bachelor program

MacKenzie Villareal, a student from the Sheboygan area, has successfully transitioned into a bachelor's degree program at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB) while still completing high school.

After earning 18 credits through an Early College Credit program during her sophomore year at George D. Warriner High School, Villareal joined the Rising Phoenix program. She will attend Associate’s Degree classes at the UWGB-Sheboygan Campus during the fall semester before moving to the Green Bay Campus this spring to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
