Shein to launch first Northern Brazil pop-up store in Belém

The Chinese fashion retailer Shein is set to launch its first physical presence in Northern Brazil with a temporary pop-up store in Belém, Pará. Located at Castanheira Shopping, the store will operate from September 23 to 27.

The 779-square-meter space will feature over 12,000 clothing and accessory items, with products selected to suit the Amazonian climate and style. This marks Shein’s 15th pop-up location in Brazil, serving as a market test to gauge consumer interest in the region.

Company officials expect to attract more than 15,000 visitors during the five-day period. The results of this operation are expected to influence future expansion plans in the North, with cities like Manaus being potential candidates for subsequent locations depending on consumer demand and digital engagement.
