Shenzhen 3D Printing Firm Boosts Industrial Output as LONGER Unveils Faster UV Printer at ChinaJoy

Shenzhen Collaborative Innovation High-Tech Development Co., Ltd., co‑founded by Luo Meng, reported a 58.1% year‑on‑year rise in industrial 3D‑printer production in the first half of 2024, with export revenue jumping 127.5% to ¥8.27 billion, accounting for 86% of China’s total export of similar equipment. The company focuses on high‑precision, high‑strength additive manufacturing for aerospace, medical, and robotics sectors, developing continuous‑fiber, metal and ceramic printing technologies that cut part‑validation cycles from months to about five days.

At the same ChinaJoy exhibition in Shanghai, digital‑creative tools brand LONGER introduced its ePrint four‑in‑one dual‑head UV printer. The machine combines two independent heads, twelve ink channels and AI‑driven design tools, delivering up to six times the speed of single‑head units and supporting over 300 material types, including 3D UV texture stacking. The product, which raised more than $4.3 million on Kickstarter, will begin pre‑sales on JD.com on 6 August, promising significant cost reductions for small‑scale custom‑printing businesses.
