Sheriff Country finds streaming success on Paramount+

The television series ‘Sheriff Country’, a spinoff of ‘Fire Country’, has achieved significant viewership on Paramount+, ranking as the second most-watched series on the platform in the United States. Despite some critical debate regarding narrative consistency, the drama starring Morena Baccarin as Sheriff Mickey Fox continues to draw large audiences.

Season two is currently progressing through complex storylines involving family secrets, criminal investigations into synthetic opioids, and local corruption in Edgewater. The third episode of the second season, titled ‘Ulysses’, is scheduled to premiere on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. Directed by Sarah Wayne Callies, the upcoming installment will follow Mickey Fox as she investigates a lethal synthetic drug circulating within the local college community.

Viewers can watch the series via CBS affiliate stations or through streaming services including Paramount+, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV, and YouTube TV.
