Sheriff of Victoria announces online auction for Strathmore property

The Sheriff of Victoria has announced an online auction for a residential property located at 273 Napier Street, Strathmore, Victoria 3041. The auction is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at 11:00 am.

The property, which includes a house, is the estate of Shelani Patricia Jayasinghe. The auction will involve the sale of all estate and interests in the land described under Certificate of Title Volume 06419 Folio 681. The Sheriff’s Office has noted that they are unable to provide access to the property.
