In the first leg held in Tiraspol, St. Gallen secured a 3-1 victory. The return leg, played at the Sitterstadion in Switzerland, resulted in a 5-1 win for St. Gallen, concluding Sheriff Tiraspol's European campaign for the season with an aggregate score of 6-2.
