Sherlock & Daughter series premieres on AB1

The new series ‘Sherlock & Daughter’, created by Brendan Foley, premieres on the French channel AB1 on Sunday, September 6. The production features David Thewlis as the iconic detective Sherlock Holmes and Blu Hunt as Amelia Rojas.

Set in the late 19th century, the eight-episode series follows Holmes as he faces a conspiracy by a criminal syndicate known as the ‘Red Thread’, which has targeted his associates. The plot centers on Amelia, a young woman who claims to be Holmes's biological daughter. As the duo investigates kidnappings and international threats in London, they must reconcile Holmes's logical deduction with Amelia's instinctual approach to crime-solving.
