Shiba Inu experiences volatile exchange activity amid price fluctuations

Shiba Inu (SHIB) has shown conflicting market signals as its price and exchange flows move in different directions. While the token recently reclaimed the $0.000005 level after hitting lows near $0.00000493, exchange data presents a complex outlook.

One report indicates a net inflow of approximately 54 billion SHIB tokens into exchanges, with reserves reaching 87.2364 trillion SHIB valued at over $441 million. Such inflows are often viewed by traders as a potential sign of increased selling pressure, as tokens on exchanges are more readily available for sale.

Conversely, other data suggests a bullish divergence, noting that exchange outflows have at times outpaced inflows. Specifically, a net outflow of over 95 billion SHIB was recorded, signaling that demand may be outweighing selling pressure despite a recent price slump. Analysts suggest this accumulation could position the asset for a potential recovery if buying activity continues to drive a reversal in price movement.
