Nintendo announces new Nintendo Switch 2 bundles

Nintendo has announced two new hardware bundles for the Nintendo Switch 2, following a scheduled price increase for the console effective September 1, 2026.

The first bundle, featuring Mario Kart World, is set to launch in late September. In the United States, it will retail for $549.99 and includes the console, a digital download code for the game, and a 3-month individual Nintendo Switch Online membership.

The second bundle includes Nintendo Switch Sports Resort and will be available on October 22, 2026, coinciding with the game's release. This package will retail for $529.99 in the U.S., providing the console, the digital game, and a 3-month Nintendo Switch Online subscription.

While specific pricing for Europe, Australia, and Latin American markets has not been fully detailed, the bundles are intended to offer savings compared to purchasing the components separately. The Nintendo Switch Sports Resort title is an exclusive for the new hardware and features twelve different sports disciplines utilizing motion controls.
