Shiloh 't Zand receives first Suriname national team call-up

Shiloh 't Zand has received his first call-up to the Suriname national football team. The 22-year-old midfielder, currently on loan from Feyenoord to Fortuna Sittard, was selected by head coach Henk Fraser for the upcoming CONCACAF Nations League fixtures against Honduras, Martinique, and Guatemala.

't Zand has found increased playing time at Fortuna Sittard under manager Danny Buijs after struggling for minutes at Feyenoord. He noted that the lack of playing time at his parent club was mentally challenging, but he has since regained confidence and regular match involvement. While Fortuna Sittard holds an option to purchase the player, 't Zand is currently focused on his performance this season.
