Shilpa Shinde sparks multiple clashes on Indian reality show Lock Upp 2

Actress Shilpa Shinde entered the Netflix‑streamed reality series Lock Upp 2 as a wildcard contestant and immediately became a focal point of conflict. She criticised fellow participant Akanksha Chamola/Chaudhary, saying she was on the show “because of her husband’s fame,” which provoked a heated exchange and a series of confrontations involving other housemates such as Yogesh Rawat, Ram Kapoor and Shivangi Joshi.

Shinde also targeted Sunita Ahuja, prompting Ahuja to defend her marriage to actor Govinda, stating, “I love him till death… even if he has many affairs, I will not leave him.” The rivalry continued over decisions about food and ration purchases, with Akanksha being accused of acting unilaterally and Shinde mocking her choices.
