Shin Da-in wins consecutive KG Ladies Open titles

Shin Da-in secured her second consecutive victory at the 15th KG Ladies Open, held at the Sunny Point Country Club in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. Finishing with a total score of 17-under 271, she finished three strokes ahead of runner-up Park Hye-jun.

During the final round, Shin recorded nine birdies and one bogey, including a notable stretch of five consecutive birdies on holes 3 through 7. This win marks her second career title on the KLPGA Tour and makes her the first player in the 15-year history of this tournament to win back-to-back titles.

Shin attributed part of her success to equipment changes, noting that switching to the Bridgestone Golf BX driver increased her driving distance by approximately 15 meters compared to last year. For her victory, she received a prize of 180 million won and a KGM Actyon Hybrid vehicle.
