Shin Min Ah secretly donated 3.7 billion won over 15 years

South Korean actress Shin Min Ah has been revealed to have secretly donated more than 3.7 billion won (approximately 2.7 million USD) to charity over a 15-year period.

According to a foundation official, large monthly transfers began in 2009. The actress reportedly requested that her identity remain confidential, using the name ‘Yang Minah’ for the transactions to avoid detection. The funds were specifically directed toward medical expenses for burn victims and the establishment of study centers for children from low-income families.

Shin Min Ah has a history of supporting vulnerable populations and disaster relief efforts. In December of last year, she and her husband, actor Kim Woo Bin, donated 300 million won to various organizations.
