Shin Nakano Residence designed by Ryuichi Sasaki in Tokyo

The Shin Nakano Residence, also known as Grantage Shin Nakano, is a new reinforced concrete residential building located in the Chuo district of Nakano, Tokyo. Designed by Ryuichi Sasaki of Sasaki Architecture, the structure stands five stories high above a single basement level.

The project covers a total area of 416.68 square meters and contains eleven residential units. The architectural design aims to reflect the historical geography that has shaped life in western Tokyo for millennia. The construction was completed in 2024, with Magome Construction Company serving as the main contractor.
