Shinagawa Startup Cafe to host event on human capital management

The Shinagawa Startup Ecosystem and Knowledge Workers Institute Co., Ltd. will co-host a talk session and networking event focused on human capital management. The event, titled “Shinagawa Startup Cafe vol. 2,” aims to facilitate dialogue between business owners and practitioners to bridge the cultural and operational gaps between large corporations and startups.

Featured guest Joichi Sasaki, former Executive Officer and Head of HR at Facebook Japan Co., Ltd., will participate in the session. The program includes a guest talk, a “world cafe” style discussion among participants, and a networking segment designed to foster mutual understanding and open innovation.
