Shing02 and Spin Master A-1 perform Luv(sic) Hexalogy in Santiago

Artists Shing02, Spin Master A-1, and Sam Nakamura performed the Luv(sic) Hexalogy show at the Teatro Coliseo in Santiago, Chile, on October 23. The event celebrated the musical legacy of the late Japanese producer Nujabes.

Due to high demand, the performance was moved to the larger Teatro Coliseo after tickets for the original venue, Sala Metrónomo, sold out in seconds. The concert featured the six-part series created by Shing02 and Nujabes between 2001 and 2015. The set included musical tributes to Nujabes, featuring Sam Nakamura on guitar and Spin Master A-1 performing scratch techniques.

The Luv(sic) project remains a significant cultural touchstone, partly due to its connection to the anime Samurai Champloo, which featured Nujabes' music.
