Shinjuku Marui Men to host REBOOT BRAINS pop-up event

Shinjuku Marui Men will host a large-scale pop-up event titled ‘REBOOT BRAINS’ from November 5, 2026, to January 30, 2027. The event aims to re-edit and connect the music, fashion, and media culture of the 1980s and 1990s with modern lifestyles.

Six different shops and brands will participate, offering a diverse range of items including VHS tapes, radio cassette players, Walkmans, vintage magazines, soft vinyl toys, art toys, and apparel. The participating brands include a film-focused shop from Nishiwaseda, an audio equipment specialist focusing on street and hip-hop culture, a mobile vintage magazine vendor, a hip-hop inspired handmade rug and apparel brand, a unique soft vinyl toy brand, and a mobile vintage goods shop.
