Shinobu Nakatani announces first pregnancy

Yomiuri TV announcer Shinobu Nakatani announced on Instagram that she is pregnant with her first child. Nakatani, 37, stated that she has entered the stable period of her pregnancy and intends to continue working while monitoring her physical condition until she begins maternity leave.

Nakatani, who joined Yomiuri TV in 2011, currently serves as a main caster for the news program ‘Kansai Information Net ten.’ She previously announced her marriage to a fellow employee of the station in April 2023.
