Shiprocket trims IPO size, sets price band of Rs 92‑97
Logistics and e‑commerce enablement platform Shiprocket Ltd reduced the size of its initial public offering by about 31%, lowering the total issue to Rs 1,617.5 crore. The fresh equity issue is now Rs 885.5 crore, complemented by an Offer For Sale (OFS) of roughly Rs 732 crore.
The company fixed a price band of Rs 92‑97 per share, with the subscription period slated for August 12‑14 and the anchor‑book opening on August 11. Proceeds are earmarked for marketing initiatives, technology infrastructure upgrades, repayment of borrowings, potential acquisitions and general corporate purposes. Major shareholders participating in the OFS include Lightrock, Tribe Capital, Moore Strategic Ventures, Agility International Investment and co‑founders Gautam Kapoor and Saahil Goel. Institutional investors such as Temasek and former Zomato stakeholder Eternal also hold significant stakes.
