Shirahama, Japan to Host SKY ART FESTIVAL 2026

Organizers are finalising the transformation of Shirahama Beach in Wakayama Prefecture into a one‑day resort entertainment venue for the SKY ART FESTIVAL 2026. The festival, scheduled for August 1, 2026, will feature live performances by ten acts—including YU‑KI & DJ KOO from TRF, Da Pump, and STU48—followed by a sunset and a finale of 8,000 music‑synchronized fireworks. Construction crews have erected a large steel stage, roof structures, lighting and sound rigs, and are installing audience areas, gates and rest zones. Tickets are on sale, with pre‑sale ending on July 31, 2026, and multiple seating categories offered. The event is promoted by the SKY ART FESTIVAL execution committee, produced by APAMAN Co. and C&E Co., and aims to boost tourism and local revitalisation in Shirahama.
