Shisan Udon launches 24‑hour Ōizumi store in Gunma, Japan
Shisan Udon, the udon chain founded in Kitakyushu, opened its 116th outlet on 20 August 2026 in Ōizumi Town, Gunma Prefecture. The restaurant replaces the former Gusto location and is the chain’s third shop in Gunma.
The Ōizumi store is situated along Prefectural Route 142, about a 15‑minute walk from the Tobu Koizumi Line’s Koizumi‑machi and Nishi‑Koizumi stations. From 27 August the venue will operate 24 hours a day with no additional late‑night surcharge. It offers more than 150 menu items—including the popular meat‑gobo‑tempura udon, chicken udon, shrimp tempura udon and seasonal specials—across 86 seats and a shared parking lot with 65 spaces. The location is expected to draw customers from nearby Ota, Tatebayashi and other surrounding municipalities.
