Shisen Toushin members deny disbandment following Hiroki Tsuzuki's legal referral

Members of the comedy trio Shisen Toushin, Takumi Goto and Ryodai Ishibashi, addressed the recent legal issues involving group member Hiroki Tsuzuki during their radio program, ‘Shisen Milk’. Tsuzuki was referred to prosecutors on August 18 following allegations of violating the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance on Prevention of Nuisance and assault, after allegedly touching a woman in her 20s at an event in late June. Tsuzuki has reportedly admitted to the allegations, citing intoxication.

During the broadcast, Goto emphasized that the group will not disband and intends to continue performing as a duo. While some fans expressed relief, others on social media voiced strong disapproval, noting that the nature of the incident is difficult to overlook for comedians.

In a separate development regarding the group's programming, Radio Osaka announced the suspension of Tsuzuki's program, ‘Sakurabashi 919’. To fill the slot on short notice, free announcer Naoki Yoshida was brought in to host a special live broadcast, a decision that was finalized only the night before the scheduled airing.
