Vlora Hyseni and Ilir Proda targeted in Albanian security investigation FAST-MOVING
The Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Structure (SPAK) has launched a major operation targeting high-level security officials in Albania as part of the 'AKSHI' investigation, which involves allegations of public tender abuse, corruption, and money laundering.
Vlora Hyseni, the Director of the State Intelligence Service (SHISH), has been placed under house arrest and suspended from her duties.
