Shiv Sena leaders threaten BJP and denounce India‑Pakistan open letter

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are increasingly at odds and warned that, if the BJP loses power, the party would be dismantled "in ten minutes" using agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate and the CBI.

Shiv Sena spokesperson Krishna Heegde responded to an open letter signed by more than 100 people from India and Pakistan addressed to the two prime ministers. He argued that the letter should be sent to Pakistan’s army chief, not the Indian prime minister, and criticized the letter’s authors as “Pakistan agents” while also taking aim at other political figures and parties.
