Shiv Sena leaders warn opposition and set agenda for India's monsoon parliamentary session

Shiv Sena leader Manisha Kayande criticised the opposition ahead of the monsoon parliamentary session, saying the “Indi alliance” has neither strength nor a clear issue and is fragmented into small groups. She referenced the upcoming CJPM march, the UCC draft, delimitation concerns and the Ram temple investigation, urging the government to act on the temple‑fund probe.

Shiv Sena spokesperson Anand Dubey called for a serious debate in the monsoon session on a range of topics, including a NEET paper leak, rising inflation, corruption, the recent theft at the Ram temple, global conflicts and India’s foreign‑policy stance. He also highlighted the need for discussion on a Uniform Civil Code, describing it as a long‑standing demand of Balasaheb Thackeray.

Both leaders stressed that Parliament operates on taxpayers’ money and must function without disruption, urging authorities to address threats against public figures promptly and to ensure robust law‑and‑order measures.
