Shizuoka flight tour announced for 2026 season

Oigawa Railway, Fuji Dream Airlines, and Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport have announced the details for the 2026 season of their joint “Three-Company Collaboration Flight Tour” in Shizuoka Prefecture. The tour, which has been running since 2018, features a revised itinerary that delays the morning departure by approximately 60 minutes to provide a more relaxed experience for travelers.

Key highlights of the tour include a special charter flight at an altitude of approximately 5,000 meters, which offers a 90% chance of viewing Mt. Fuji. The itinerary also includes visits to the award-winning Okudai-Iji Station and a lunch buffet at the Kawane Onsen Hotel. The tour is scheduled to take place on November 1, 22, and 28, 2026, with a capacity of 80 participants per session.
