Shobido launches Miffy-themed mini hair iron

Shobido Co., Ltd. has launched a Miffy-themed limited edition version of its ‘Dokodemo Bang Mini Iron’ (Anywhere Bangs Mini Iron). The product is currently undergoing pre-sale at the Shobido official online store and Don Quijote, with a general release scheduled for October 5.

The portable hair iron is designed for on-the-go styling, weighing approximately 50g—roughly the weight of an egg—and measuring about 2.5 x 12 cm. It features ceramic-coated plates to minimize hair damage and offers two temperature settings: 120°C and 140°C. For safety, the device includes an auto-off function that activates after approximately 30 minutes and heat protection features. The Miffy design features a white body with a pink illustration of Miffy holding a bear. The retail price is 3,278 yen (tax included).
