Real estate and retail developments expand across Poland
Various real estate and commercial developments are progressing across Poland. In Bydgoszcz, Focus shopping center has reached a 99% commercialization rate, with 21 openings planned for 2026. New tenants include Apart, Komputronik, Beverly Hills Polo Club, and the off-price brand Shock Price.
In Katowice, Capital Park is preparing for the Nowy Wełnowiec project, a massive 30-hectare multi-functional development scheduled to begin in spring 2027. The decade-long project will feature residential buildings and a commercial area inspired by Warsaw’s Fabryka Norblina, including a food hall, restaurants, and a biobazar.
Other regional developments include the construction of 11 new rental apartments by ZBM I TBS in Gliwice, utilizing eco-friendly wooden panel technology. Additionally, the M Park in Konstantynów Łódzki is nearing completion, with an expected opening in the fourth quarter of 2026. The park will host retailers such as Action, Rossmann, Pepco, Sinsay, and Shock Price.
