Shoe Fabriek sponsors Ghana’s Golden Arms for World Armwrestling Championship

The Ghana Armwrestling Federation (GAF) has secured sponsorship from local footwear manufacturer Shoe Fabriek GH Ltd ahead of the 2026 World Armwrestling Championship in New Delhi, India.

Shoe Fabriek presented specially designed, Ghana-branded sneakers to the national team, known as the Golden Arms, to complement their official uniforms and kits. The footwear was presented by Shoe Fabriek General Manager Adelaide A. Abbiw-Williams and received by GAF President Charles Osei-Asibey.

Abbiw-Williams stated that the gesture reflects the company’s commitment to supporting Ghanaian talent and promoting national pride through locally manufactured products. She emphasized the importance of corporate Ghana backing athletes who represent the nation on the international stage.

The Golden Arms will compete against top international athletes during the championship in India.
