Shogo Yamamoto of THE RAMPAGE releases first solo book

Shogo Yamamoto, a performer from the 16-member dance and vocal group THE RAMPAGE, held an event in Tokyo to celebrate the release of his first solo book, ‘YAMACHIHO HENGE Special edition Daydreamin’’. Published by Takarajimasha, the book features additional shots from his web series in ‘sweet’ magazine alongside new photography taken during a three-day stay in the Goto Islands, Nagasaki Prefecture.

Yamamoto, who recently turned 31, discussed his evolving personal brand through fashion, makeup, and hair. He expressed a desire to defy age-related expectations, aiming to be a ‘30-something who does not look 30’ by embracing a unique style rather than traditional anti-aging norms. He noted that the book aims to encourage others to believe in themselves.

As the group approaches its 10th anniversary in January, Yamamoto emphasized his commitment to being an expressive artist who transcends conventional frameworks and represents the creative potential of his agency, LDH.
