Shogun Mojo announces debut album featuring Tommy Thayer and Dan Reed
New rock collective Shogun Mojo, featuring KISS guitarist Tommy Thayer and Dan Reed Network vocalist Dan Reed, has announced their self-titled debut album. The album is scheduled for release on November 6, 2026, through Frontiers Music Srl.
Alongside the announcement, the band released their first single, ‘Under The Gun’, accompanied by an official music video. The project brings together Thayer and Reed, who have a long-standing musical relationship, with a lineup that includes Bengt Jonasson and Robert Ikiz.
According to band members, the music reflects the rock influences of their youth and features a blend of rock and funk elements. The debut album was recorded entirely live in a studio setting.
