Shopee expands international sales to Argentina and Mexico
Shopee has launched an international sales platform designed to help Brazilian small and medium-sized enterprises export products to Argentina and Mexico. Following a pilot phase involving 19,000 sellers, the company is expanding the service to 150,000 Brazilian merchants. The platform manages international logistics, including collection, transport, and final delivery, while also providing customs clearance support and customer service at no additional cost to the sellers.
This initiative is supported by a partnership with ApexBrasil to provide strategic content and technical support for exporters. In Brazil, Shopee currently operates 26 distribution centers and 200 logistics hubs.
Simultaneously, Shopee is expanding its domestic logistics footprint in Minas Gerais, where its network of service agencies has grown by more than 115% compared to the same period in 2025. The state now hosts over 600 points in local commercial establishments that handle shipping, returns, and pickups. These agencies, often operated by micro and small entrepreneurs, serve as local hubs for the platform's growing seller base in the region.
