Shopee's Full Fulfillment Service Grows 15‑Fold, Boosting SME Sales

Shopee reports that its Full fulfillment program processed 15 times more orders in the last year, positioning the service as a key growth channel for small and medium‑sized enterprises and larger brands. The program stores products in Shopee’s logistics centres, cutting delivery times to up to three times faster than traditional models and granting participating items access to exclusive campaigns and coupons that can multiply order volume by as much as five‑fold.

Entrepreneurs such as Kathleen Moura, founder of Essencial Baby, now ship more than 800 orders daily without handling storage or packaging, while furniture retailer Movelove saw a 50% sales rise and R$800 k in revenue between April and May. Felipe Lima, Shopee’s Director of Business Development and Fulfillment Operations, says the service lets sellers scale without additional investment in infrastructure.
