Shopping Queen celebrates 3,000th episode milestone
The German television channel VOX is celebrating a milestone for the fashion competition show ‘Shopping Queen’. To mark the 3,000th episode, the network is hosting a week-long anniversary event starting Monday, September 21.
Designer Guido Maria Kretschmer, who has judged the show since 2012, will lead the festivities in his hometown of Hamburg. The anniversary theme, ‘3000 Folgen, 3000 Looks’, tasks contestants with reinterpreting legendary show mottos. Five contestants—Henni, Alicja, Nadine, Märy, and Gina—will compete to find the best outfits within a four-hour window and a set budget.
In honor of the 3,000th episode, the winner of the anniversary week will receive a prize of 3,000 euros.
