Shosukabu.com to host webinars on Georgian business leaders

Shosukabu.com, a Japanese unlisted company equity liquidity platform, has announced a series of economic analysis webinars titled ‘Forbes Georgia's Richest 100’ to be held in September 2026. The sessions aim to analyze the long-term corporate value of prominent Georgian business leaders and their companies through the lens of capital structure and sustainable value creation.

The 43rd session will focus on Levan Kachalava, a 60% shareholder of the Georgian Building Group (GBG). The webinar will examine GBG’s vertical integration model, which spans from aggregate manufacturing to concrete construction, and its commitment to energy-saving investments that previously earned recognition from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The 49th session will feature Giorgi Gvereishvili, a leading shareholder of GT Group. This session will explore the group’s unique capital structure, which has remained divided equally among three partners for over 25 years without external capital, and its stock-type revenue model driven by continuous demand for vehicle parts and maintenance.
