Shota Watanabe and Manami Higa to host NTV music special

Nippon Television has announced that Shota Watanabe of the group Snow Man and actress Manami Higa will serve as the MC duo for the music special ‘120 Million People’s Thank You: Song Thanksgiving’ (1億2000万人のありがとう 歌の感謝祭).

The second installment of the program is scheduled to broadcast on September 23 from 7:00 PM to 10:54 PM. Centered on the theme of ‘gratitude,’ the four-hour special will feature a mix of classic hits spanning the Showa and Heisei eras alongside contemporary chart-toppers.

The broadcast will include special performances from various artists, archival footage from the network, and segments dedicated to songs that have accompanied people through different stages of their lives.
