Shreya Ghoshal embarks on global Unstoppable tour

Indian playback singer Shreya Ghoshal is currently conducting her ‘Unstoppable’ world tour, expanding her musical reach beyond Bollywood to international audiences. During a stop in New York, Ghoshal reflected on her career milestones, citing early hits from the film ‘Devdas’ such as ‘Bairi Piya’ and ‘Dola Re Dola’ as pivotal moments that helped establish her presence.

At a Recording Academy event titled ‘Shaping Sounds: South Asian Music, Culture & Industry,’ Ghoshal also had an emotional reunion with KATSEYE singer Lara Raj. The two artists, who first met in 2012, reunited as fellow panelists to discuss South Asian representation in the music industry. Raj described the encounter with the veteran singer as a significant professional and personal milestone.
