Scott Jamieson wins Nexo Championship in Scotland

Scott Jamieson won the Nexo Championship on the DP World Tour, securing his second career title at the Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Jamieson finished with an 11-under-par total of 277, ending a 14-year drought since his previous victory at the 2012 Nelson Mandela Championship.

Jamieson claimed the title by two strokes over England’s Matthew Jordan, who finished at 9-under par. Andy Sullivan of England took third place at 7-under par. The tournament featured notable performances, including a course record 65 by Richard Mansell and an albatross by Shaun Norris.

Other notable results included Matteo Manassero finishing 16th at 2-under par, while defending champion Grant Forrest finished 63rd. Indian golfer Shubhankar Sharma also made headlines by making the weekend cut following a hole-in-one during the second round.
